What's included

Accommodation on board: based on twin share cabin per person.

Transfers in the islands between the airport and dock.

What's not included

Airfares, Airport or Ticket taxes, passport or visa fees, excess baggage charges, travel insurance.
Air tickets to/from Galápagos.
Galápagos National Park and transit control card fee.
Alcholic beverages.
Gratuities to guides and crew etc and other items of a personal nature
Ecuador departure tax.
Any items not specifically mentioned as being included.

How to Book

The completion and return of the booking form is mandatory to the acceptance of reservation. We advise that you book as far ahead as possible. To initiate your reservation, please complete the Booking Form which must be signed and returned to Adventure Associates along with the applicable Deposit. Reservations are established only when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the Booking Form and deposit payment. Ticketing and joining instructions are normally issued two weeks prior to departure.

Deposit required:	US$500 per person and US$1,000 for singles (US$1,000 and US$2,000 respectively on holiday weeks).
Balance due:	60 days prior to departure
If booking within 59 days of departure:	full payment must be made

Cancellations and refunds

Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, cruise companies, coach and tour operators, hotels (where applicable) and any other principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non-refundable provisions will apply.

More than 90 days prior to departure:	$250 per person
Between 89-60 days prior to departure:	No Refund of Deposit paid
Between 59-30 days prior to departure:	50% of the total cruise cost per person will be forfeited
On or within 29 days prior to departure:	No refund

Cancellation policy for Holiday weeks (4-11 April, 19-16 December, 26 December-2 January): Cancellations received up to 180 days prior to departure will be refunded in full except for a US$250 per person service charge; 179 to 120 days prior to departure, US$500 per person will be forfeited, 119 to 90 days prior to departure, the full deposit will be forfeited, on or within 89 days prior to departure, the entire cruise cost will be forfeited.

Please note: There is a service charge of US$50 per person for airline tickets to Galapagos cancelled 29 to 7 days prior to departure. From 7 days to the day of departure, there is no refund for the airfare, park tax or transit card.

Once a cruise has departed there will be no refund for any unused portion of the trip. Rates and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Children, charter and group prices available on request.
