Traveller's Notes: Should you be travelling alone and wish to share, we will endeavour to match you with a roommate of the same sex. However, if this is not possible or your roommate cancels, you will be required to pay the single room supplement. Single supplement price provides for sole use of hotel rooms. The number of single rooms available is limited. In order to benefit from the group airfares incorporated in this tour, all passengers must depart Australia on 8 November 2008. Should you wish to participate in our published extension tours and/or extend your travel, your return flights will be extended accordingly.

How to Book
Space on this group tour is limited, not only due to the availability of rooms in some of the hotels/lodges we utilise, but also to allow for ease of movement for an in-depth small-group experience. To secure your place on this exciting adventure, please contact us directly to reserve a place, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Payment by credit card is accepted for deposits only. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Cancellation Fees
Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following cancellation fees will apply.
