Optional Adventures
Sea Kayaking
Exploring the Peninsula by kayak is an unforgettable experience. Possible kayaking sites include Hannah Point/Aitcho Islands, Deception Island, Port Lockroy, Neko Harbour, Paradise Bay and Lemaire Channel. Cost: US$695 supplement per person. Maximum 10 participants.
Ice Camping
Join the select few who've camped overnight on the pristine ice shelf of Antarctica. Camping at its simplest: an expedition tent and sleeping bag; no fire or meals (you eat aboard the ship before we land). Cost: No supplement. Confirmed at booking on a first-come, first-served basis. Maximum 20 participants.
Cross-Country Skiing and Mountaineering
Travelling quickly and skilfully under your own power, you can explore deeper into the White Continent. We supply all equipment and expert guides. Cost: US$250 supplement per person for each option. Maximum 10 participants.
