Traveller's Notes: Should you be travelling alone, and wish to share, we will endeavour to match you with a room mate. However, if this is not possible or your room mate cancels you will be required to pay the single supplement. Single room supplement price includes sole use of hotel rooms. The number of single rooms available is very limited. You may extend your stay after the tour. Please ask us for complete details.

Air Ticket or airport taxes, fuel surcharges, excess baggage on any flight, vaccination costs, passport or visa fees
Any other meals or sightseeing not specified in the itinerary
Items of a personal nature such as bar charges, laundry, telephone calls or gratuities
Any item not specifically mentioned as being included
Air Tickets other than those included in the above tour price
Any travel insurance or insurance of a personal nature

How to Book

Space on this Adventure Associates in-house tour is limited, not only due to the availability of rooms in some of the small hotels we utilize, but also to allow for ease of movement for an in-depth smaller group experience. To ensure your place on this exciting adventure, please contact us to reserve a place, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Deposit required:	$1,000 per person
Balance due:	100 days prior to departure (13 Feb 2008)
If booking within 100 days of departure:	full payment must be made

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.

Cancellations

Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, cruise companies, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non refundable provisions will apply.

More than 100 days prior to departure	$600 per person
Between 99-14 days prior to departure	50% of tour cost per person
Within 13 days prior to departure	No Refund

All cancellation provisions will be strictly applied. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned above you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. Once the tour has departed there will be no refund for any unused portions of the trip.
