Traveller's Notes
Should you be travelling alone and wish to share, we will endeavour to match you with a room mate of the same sex. However, if this is not possible or your room mate cancels, you will be required to pay the single room supplement. Single supplement price includes sole use of hotel rooms, however due to hotel room capacity in Bhutan, the number of single rooms available is strictly limited. Should you wish to extend your stay in Bangkok on the return journey, this may be arranged.

- Economy class air tickets required as per the itinerary
- Hotel and lodge accommodation as indicated in the itinerary based on double/twin share room with private facilities. If a single room is required or necessary a supplement will apply
- Meals as specified in the itinerary
- All sightseeing as indicated in the itinerary
- Local guide/escort for all touring and sightseeing as per the itinerary
- Applicable entrance fees to museums/gardens/temples/monuments as per the itinerary
- Transfers as indicated in the itinerary
- Service charges and taxes, including Bhutan Government Tax (excluding air ticket and airport taxes)
What's not included
- Air tickets other than those included in the above tour price
- Air ticket and airport taxes, fuel surcharges, excess baggage on any flight, vaccination costs, passport fees
- Items of a personal nature such as bar charges, laundry, telephone and other communication charges, gratuities or tips
- Any travel insurance or insurance of a personal nature
- Any items not specifically mentioned as being included
How to Book
Space on these special in-house tours is strictly limited not only due to the availability of rooms in some of the smaller hotels we utilise, but also to allow for ease of movement for an in-depth smaller group experience. To ensure your place on this exciting adventure, please contact us to reserve a place, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Important: Payment by credit card is accepted for deposits only. Should you choose to pay your deposit by credit card, an additional charge (2% if paying by Visa or MasterCard; 3% if paying by American Express or Diners Club) is applicable and should be added to the deposit amount due when completing the booking form. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Cancellations
Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, cruise companies, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non-refundable provisions will apply.
