A visual odyssey across the mysterious and dramatic Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan

In this very special year we will be celebrating our fifth, highly successful year of operating our extraordinary tours to Bhutan. Past passengers have been delighted by this incredibly beautiful and intriguing country and charmed by its gracious and friendly people.

To commemorate 101 years of hereditary monarchy in the last remaining Himalayan Buddhist Kingdom celebrations and special events will take place continually throughout 2008. The country will also see a visionary transition from the monarch to parliamentary democracy.

Bhutan has continued to follow a policy of regulated tourism in order to safeguard the country’s natural environment, rich cultural heritage and it’s peoples’ unique way of life. This has made Bhutan one of the least travelled countries in the world. Compared to others, our itineraries and way of viewing Bhutan takes on a new approach. The highlight of these adventures is to not only to see the splendid Bhutanese landscapes, magnificent Dzongs (Fortress Temples) and wonderful flora and fauna, but also the cultural aspects.

As we stay mainly in charming, smaller hotels with limited accommodation, participation is limited on each tour designed especially for our direct clientele. So, early booking is essential. We look forward to your company in this very special year.
