Traveller's Notes: Should you be travelling alone and wish to share, we will endeavour to match you with a roommate of the same sex. However, if this is not possible or your roommate cancels, you will be required to pay the single room supplement. Due to the hotel capacity in Bhutan, the number of single rooms available is strictly limited. In order to benefit from the group airfare incorporated in the tour cost all passengers must depart Australia on either (May 2 or 26 September 2009). Should you wish to extend your stay at the end of the tour, this is permitted subject to availability and airline permission.

Video and still camera fees (within Sikkim)
Items of a personal nature such as bar charges, laundry, telephone and other communication charges, gratuities and tips
Travel Insurance charges
Any items not specifically mentioned as being included

How to Book

Space on these special in-house tours is strictly limited not only due to availability of rooms in some smaller hotels, but also to allow for ease of movement for an in-depth smaller group experience. To ensure your place on these exciting adventures, please contact us to reserve a place, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Deposit required:	$1,000 per person
Balance due:	75 days prior to departure (16 Feb 2009 for May departure and 14 Jul 2009 for Sep departure)
If booking within 75 days of departure:	full payment must be made

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.

Cancellations

Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following cancellation fees will apply.

More than 120 days prior to departure	$800 per person
Between 119-60 days prior to departure	50% of tour cost per person
Within 59 days prior to departure	No Refund

All cancellation fees will be strictly applied. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned above you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. Once the tour has departed there will be no refund for any unused portions of the trip.
