Traveller's Notes: Should you be travelling alone and wish to share, we will endeavour to match you with a room mate. However, if this is not possible or your room mate cancels, you will be required to pay the single room supplement. Single supplement price provides for sole use of hotel rooms. The number of single rooms available is limited. Should you wish to extend your stay after the tour or in Dubai on the return journey, this may be arranged subject to airline regulations.

Past Tour or Cruise passengers with Adventure Associates will be eligible for a $200 per person loyalty discount. The discount will also be made available to your travelling companion- only if you are booking and travelling together.

Air Tickets other than those included in the above tour price
Air Ticket and Airport taxes, fuel surcharges, excess baggage on any flight, vaccination costs, passport or visa fees (other than Libyan Visa)
Any other meals or sightseeing not specified in the itinerary
Individual photographic fees, applicable at certain monuments and sites
Items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone and other communication charges, gratuities or tips and travel insurance or travel insurance of a personal nature
Any items not specifically mentioned as being included.

How to Book

Space on this group tour is limited, not only due to the availability of rooms in some of the small hotels we utilise, but also to allow for ease of movement for an in-depth smaller group experience. To ensure your place on this exciting adventure, please contact us directly to reserve a place, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Deposit required:	$1,000 per person
Balance due:	65 days prior to departure (28 August 2008)
If booking within 65 days of departure:	full payment must be made

Payment by credit card is accepted for deposits only. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.

Cancellations

Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non-refundable provisions will apply.

More than 65 days prior to departure	$600 per person
Between 64-45 days prior to departure	25% of tour cost per person
Between 44-14 days prior to departure	50% of tour cost per person
On or within 13 days prior to departure	No Refund

All cancellation provisions will be strictly applied. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned above you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. Once the tour has departed there will be no refund for any unused portions of the trip.
