Namibia and South Africa
Desert Dunes and Curious Blooms

Hurry, Limited Places!23 August - 17 September 2006 - 26 days

“A resounding success!” … was heard from all who travelled on our 2005 tour. Join us now for this August's departure, which continues our passion to offer extraordinary journeys to our word’s unique places. Experience first hand the stark, yet stunning desert landscapes of Namibia and the springtime floral colour of South Africa’s Namaqualand and Cape Province.

Namibia is a country of vibrant colour – the deep red of desert dunes are set against brilliant blue skies, occasionally relieved by lush green oases. A highlight of our trip will be a two day luxury train safari aboard the DESERT EXPRESS. Another treat is the spectacular Fish River Canyon – 2nd only in size to the Grand Canyon. In South Africa we include not only many of the better known highlights but also (take out "to) rarely visited areas with an emphasis on the springtime beauty of Namaqualand and the Cape Province. While the emphasis of our tour will not specifically be on animals, we will certainly encounter a wide range of fauna and enjoy numerous game drives.

The inclusive tour cost is $13,970 per person twin share from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth. Hurry while space lasts, we are limited to just 22 participants. CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFORMATION!

“What I like about ring tail lemurs is that they’ve got bags of attitude. They remind me of football fans on their way to a match all waving their scarves at one another!”

John Cleese,
lemur lover.
