If you are travelling alone and request a share twin, we will do all possible to match you with a suitable room or cabin mate. However, if this is not possible you will be required to pay a single supplement. Individual travel costs on application. Please check costs with us at the time of booking. Seasonal airfares increases apply between December and March.
What's included
- Accommodation in double rooms with private facilities in the hotels listed (or similar)
- Transfers between airports/stations/hotels
- Meals and sightseeing as indicated in the itinerary
- Personalised travel itinerary and wallet
What's not included
- Airfares, airport or air ticket taxes (not specified on air tickets)
- Passport or visa fees, excess baggage charges.
- Travel or personal insurance
- Any meals or sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; optional gratuities to guides, drivers, crew etc; beverages; laundry or other items of a personal nature.
- Any items not specifically mentioned as being included.
How to Book
Please contact us for a reservation, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established only when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Payments by Credit Card accepted for deposits only. Should you wish to pay the tour balance by credit card, an additional charge of 2% will be added to if paying by Mastercard or Visa and 3% for Diners Club or American Express. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Cancellations
Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations or airlines, cruise companies, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non-refundable provisions will apply.

Note
- All the above amounts are in addition to any fees levied by the airlines, hotels or cruise companies. Communication charges incurred may also be added to the above.
- All cancellation provisions will be strictly applied. If the non-refundable amount is more than your advance payment, you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned in these Terms and Conditions you are strongly urged to take out travel insurance at the time of your reservation. Adventure Associates or your Travel Agent will be pleased to advise you on the best policy which may protect you.
