What's included

What's not included
- Air Tickets ( International and domestic within South America)
- Air Ticket and Airport taxes, fuel surcharges, excess baggage on any flight, vaccination costs, passport and visa fees and travel insurance
- Items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone or other communications charges, gratuities to guides, drives, crew etc
- Any other meals, airfares or sightseeing not specified in the itinerary
- Any other item not specifically mentioned above as included
What's Included in Extensions cost
Accommodation with private facilities; transfers and sightseeing as detailed in the itinerary; applicable service charges and taxes.
What's Not Included in Extensions cost
Air ticket and airport taxes; meals or sightseeing other than mentioned in the itinerary; items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, phone calls, tips etc, and any other item not specifically mentioned as included.
How to Book
Please contact us for a reservation, then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established only when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Payments by Credit Card accepted for deposits only. Should you wish to pay the tour balance by credit card, an additional charge of 2% will be added to if paying by Mastercard or Visa and 3% for Diners Club or American Express. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Cancellations
Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following cancellation fees will apply.

All cancellation fees will be strictly applied. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned above you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. Once the tour has departed there will be no refund for any unused portions of the trip.
