Traveller’s Notes: Should you be travelling alone and wish to twin share, we will endeavour to find a roommate of the same sex, however if this is not possible, or your allotted roommate cancels, you will be required to pay the single supplement.
What's included
- Accommodation based on double/twin share room with private facilities (Note: during the stay at Bemaraha Nature Reserve shared bathroom facilities only are available)
- If a single room is required or necessary, a supplement will apply
- International Economy class air tickets required as per the itinerary
- Internal economy class Air Tickets within Madagascar as per the itinerary
- Meals as mentioned in the itinerary
- Transfers between airports/hotels/airports as indicated in the itinerary
- Sightseeing/touring and entrance fees to the Reserves and National Parks as per the itinerary
- Services of local English speaking guide on sightseeing tours and scheduled park visits/touring
- All currently applicable service charges and taxes (not including air ticket and airport taxes)
- Visa charge Madagascar (issued upon arrival into country).

- Air tickets other than those included in the above tour price
- Air ticket or airport taxes, fuel surcharges, excess baggage on any flight, vaccination costs, passport or visa fees (other than for Madagascar as above)
- Items of a personal nature such as drinks, laundry, telephone and communication charges, gratuities to guides, drivers, crew etc.
- Any other meals, or sightseeing not specified in the itinerary as included
- Any other item not specifically mentioned above as included
- Travel insurance or insurance of a personal nature.
What's Included in Extensions cost
Accommodation with private facilities; transfers between airports and hotels; meals, sightseeing and transfers as detailed in the itinerary; applicable service charges and taxes.
What's Not Included in Extensions cost
Air Tickets, Airport or air ticket taxes or levies, port taxes (except where shown as included); passport or visae fees; excess baggage charges; any insurance; any meals, air fares or sightseeing not specified in the itinerary; optional gratuities to guides, drivers etc; beverages; laundry or other items of a personal nature and any items not specifically mentioned as being included.
How to Book
Space on this Adventure Associates in-house tour is strictly limited, not only due to the availability of rooms in some of the smaller hotels/lodges we utilise, but also to allow for ease of movement for an in-depth smaller group experience. To ensure your place on this spectacular tour, please contact us then complete the Booking Form and return to us with your deposit. Reservations are established when you receive written confirmation and acceptance of the deposit and Booking Form.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and Adventure Associates will be pleased to forward a selection of insurance proposal forms.
Cancellations
Written instructions only will be accepted by Adventure Associates to cancel a reservation. Cancellation charges are subject to regulations of airlines, cruise companies, coach and tour operators, hotels and any other Principals involved. If it is necessary to cancel your arrangements, the following non-refundable provisions will apply.

All cancellation provisions will be strictly applied. If the cancellation charge is more than your advance payment you remain liable for the difference. For these and other reasons mentioned above you are strongly recommended to take out travel insurance. Once the tour has departed there will be no refund for any unused portions of the trip.
