Icebreaker Adventures:

The Snow Hill Island programme includes a return of the popular Emperor Penguin expeditions - this time with two departures. Commencing Ushuaia- Oct 13 and 25 2010.

During this extraordinary voyage visits are made to colonies located on endless expanses of pack ice, surrounded by stunning, sculpted tabular icebergs. Prices begin at US$15,290 per person triple share. A third icebreaker expedition is the ‘ Weddell Sea and South Georgia’ (celebrating the heroes of HMS Endurance)departing Ushuaia 6 November 2010 disembarking in Santiago, Chile on December 5th. Prices from US$21,990 per person triple share for this spectacular 30 day journey.

The fourth expedition aboard the icebreaker Kapitan Khlebnikov is a 32-day voyage to the fabled Phantom Coast and Ross Sea region, which will include visits to the famous, preserved huts of Scott, Shackleton and Borchgrevink. Prices start at US$24,990 per person triple share. The expedition commences in Santiago, Chile on December 3rd 2010, ending in Hobart,Tasmania on 3 January 2011. Something extraordinary!

Small Ship and Expedition Ship Adventures:

The 2010/11 Antarctic Peninsula, Falkland Islands and South Georgia season features 49 separate departures from November 2010 through to March 2011 aboard superbly-equipped ice-class vessels. Choose from a variety of itineraries ranging in length from 11 to 20 days. The shorter "Antarctic Explorer " expeditions concentrate on the rich wildlife and scenic areas of the Peninsula, while the longer "Explorer’s Quest Route” expeditions include fabulous South Georgia and the Falkland Islands. "Antarctic Explorer" cruises begin at just US$3,990 per person, triple share and "Explorer’s Quest Route” cruises start from US$7,890 per person, triple share.

North to the Arctic:

During the northern season commencing June 2010, there are no less than 16 voyages planned. Four spectacular Icebreaker journeys commencing with a voyage to the North Pole aboard the world’s newest and largest icebreaker- ’50 years of Victory’. Prices for this once in a lifetime experience are from US$22,690 per person twin share. Other voyages include the Northwest Passage, Tanquary Fjord and fabled Ellesmere Island aboard icebreaker Kapitan Khlebnikov. With prices from US$13,900 triple share for the Ellesmere Island and Greenland expedition.

For those seeking a true adventure in search of the Polar bear, they have many spectacular voyages around Spitsbergen, eastern Greenland and Iceland, cruises are from US$2,690 per person triple share.
